METERING MACHINE FOR FILLING TWO COMPONENT CARTRIDGES
Suitable for filling 25mL, 50mL, 200mL or 400mL side by side cartridges.
Mix Flow Systems have designed and manufactured a new all pneumatic fixed ratio Two Component Metering, Dispenser, model ref MFS MD-100P pneumatic machine to meter and dispense for filling two component side by side cartridges. The equipment will meter and dispense two component materials 1/1 to 20 /1 ratio x volume direct from gravity feed reservoirs with vacuum assist when the metering chambers re-load. Suitable for self levelling materials and gravity feed reservoirs with manually pour from material drum into the reservoir or by material transfer pumps. Meter and fill cartridges with chemicals and resins including Polyurethanes, Epoxy, Acrylics, Methacrylate, Silicones, polysulphide, etc. Stainless steel/aluminium model available for Methacrylate or corrosive materials.
The pneumatically driven machine is provided with pneumatic controls to allow operation with a pneumatic supply only. Facility is provided for on/off operator controlled dispense and set shot. The maximum shot volume for model MFS MD-100P is 100mL for 1/1 ratio. Flow rate is also adjustable. Larger shot machines available. The machine is lever operation to dispense. The machine is fitted with an outlet mandrel to fit the cartridge for filling from the rear end with both sides filled simultaneously. Mandrels available for filling cartridges from the front end.
The machine is modern design with quick change metering units for service exchange or ratio change. The machine is user friendly and easily serviced. Stainless steel wearing parts.
A range of metering pumps with follower plates available for filling cartridges with thixotropic materials. A new model designed for the high viscosity difficult materials.
