NEW RANGE OF PNEUMATIC TRANSFER PUMPS

Another NEW Innovation from Mix flow Systems.  

Mix Flow Systems have recently designed and manufactured a new range of pneumatic transfer pumps to feed resins, pastes, chemicals and liquids from drums or pails. The pump incorporates a pneumatic single post lift ram with follower plate to suit thixotropic materials. The follower plate will scrape the material from the side of the drum to get maximum material usage. For small tins with a lip, a can cutter is available to remove the lip to suit the follower plate. The smaller model PTP-10 is unique with its compact design and well suited for the smaller material drums 1L, 5L up to 10L tins. Model PTP-20 available for the larger material drums 20L-30L type. Suitable for chemicals and resins including Polyurethanes, Epoxy, Acrylics, Methacrylate, Silicones, polysulphide, etc. for bead lay-down, bonding, casting or material transfer into containers or two component metering, mixing and dispensing machine reservoirs. Two ball type and chop check model available. Carbon steel or stainless steel versions.  

The transfer pump has been designed to ensure a cost effective solution for the feeding of resins. Extrusion guns or dispensing valves can be added to suit the application. The new single post lift ram range supplements our existing twin post lift ram range giving more solutions for material transfer at an affordable price. Stub transfer pumps without lift ram available for the lower viscosity resins. 200L models available.
