The MFS CFV°……

is a two component metering mixing and dispensing machine of fixed ratio design, supporting a ratio range by volume, of 1:1 through to 12:1. The machine is designed in a vertical format to provide a smaller footprint where space is to be optimised.

Metering is achieved by volumetric displacement providing a combined maximum single cycle output of up to 250ml at 1:1 ratio and 150ml at 10:1 ratio, the machine is capable of repeatable preset multiple cycles of up to 20 cycles per minute, depending on the resin specification.

The separate resin and hardener components will automatically recharge the metering tubes during the reload stage of the machine cycle from either reservoirs, bulk storage vessels or via automatic recharge pumps as specified according to customer requirements.
